Experience the perfect mix of via ferrata and abseiling at the Fenda da Arrábida, a hidden and exclusive site within the protected natural park, home to millennia-old endemic vegetation. Located between Sesimbra and Setúbal, this geo-monument features impressive rock walls, natural caves and obstacles that you will overcome with the support of your professional guide.

Your session begins with a full safety briefing at the base on Creiro Beach, followed by a transfer to the starting point at the Fenda. Under the supervision of your instructors, you will learn how to use specialised technical equipment, including double safety lanyards and figure-eight descenders. The route cleverly combines horizontal and vertical progression, allowing you to cross natural obstacles while enjoying breathtaking views over the Atlantic. During your via ferrata experience in the Arrábida Natural Park, you will use a variety of techniques such as abseiling to descend vertical walls of several dozen metres and climbing to overcome canyon terrain.
