Experience the perfect Via-Ferrata + Abseiling adventure at Fenda da Arrábida, an exclusive and hidden site within the Natural Park, protected by the endemic millenary flora. This geo-monument boasts imposing rock walls, natural caves, and obstacles that you must overcome, giving you an adrenaline rush. Discover the fascinating past of these rock formations and marvel at the breathtaking landscape between the picturesque town of Sesimbra and the city of Setúbal, just an hour's drive from Lisbon.

Before the start of the Via-Ferrata + Abseiling activity, you will receive a safety briefing and an introduction to your guide/instructor and equipment. The journey to the activity's starting point will be via van, where you will learn more about the area's fauna, flora, and geology. You'll then be guided through various natural and artificial obstacles, using techniques such as climbing, abseiling, or horizontal and vertical progression by Via-Ferrata, accompanied by experienced monitors equipped with personal protection equipment, ensuring that you feel safe and secure throughout the activity.

After the activity, you'll return to the starting point for a debriefing session, where you can share your highlights of the day. Wind's instructors and monitors are accredited by the National Mountaineering School - Federation of Camping and Mountaineering of Portugal, assuring you of the highest safety standards.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you can enjoy this activity solo, with friends, family, and/or partner.

The activity was awesome! It lasted for a bit more than 4 hours and we were in a small group of 4, so we could move along quickly and didn’t have to wait too much.

Le parcours est très sympa, mêlant marche, via Ferrara et descente en rappel, ni trop dur, ni trop facile pour une famille avec enfants (8 et 10 ans). L'accompagnateur était très sympa et compétent. Nous avons adoré.
