It may seem complicated, but you will be accompanied at all times by Verticalis instructors who will make climbing safe and easy. You will meet them in Sesimbra, at the meeting point. There they will explain you everything you need to know about climbing and depending on your level the instructor will choose one route or another. Once the destination is clear, the instructors will take you to the edge of the cliff, where they will provide you with the complete climbing equipment: helmet, harness, rope, climbing shoes (cat feet), chalk for your hands and quickdraws, which is what will allow you to tie the rope to the hooks. At the end of the activity, you will return to the meeting point.

- Meeting at the car park at Avenida João Paulo II 32 in Sesimbra and introductory talk.
- Short walk to the edge of the cliff chosen for the climb according to the level.
- Return to the meeting point.
