You will have an unforgettable experience in the company of whales and dolphins off the west coast of Reunion Island.

Your guide will take you there by boat from Saint-Gilles-les Bains.

The sea excursion lasts about 2h30 and includes all snorkeling equipment (fins, mask, snorkel and wetsuit). The guide will answer any questions you may have about these cetaceans.

Different species of dolphins frequent the coasts of Reunion Island throughout the year. As for the humpback whales, they are present between July and the beginning of October to give birth in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean, a spectacle not to be missed!

Practical information

Activity requirements

For this activity, you need to be in good physical condition and able to swim 100 metres in the ocean without seeing the bottom. You must also be comfortable in the water with fins, mask and snorkel, not a full mask.

Special terms

Wild animals are unpredictable; we cannot guarantee that you will see them during this activity.

A minimum number of 6 participants is required for this activity to take place.

If you are prone to seasickness, we strongly advise you to take a "mercalme", which can be found in pharmacy.
