Come and fly over the waterfalls and the cirques of Mafate, Salazie and Cilaos in Reunion Island by helicopter!
This helicopter flight from Saint-Pierre is dedicated to the 3 cirques of Reunion Island and their waterfalls offering impressive landscapes from the sky. The first part of the flight will be over the Cirque de Cilaos where you will penetrate the ramparts to discover numerous canyons and deep ravines, as well as the incredible Piton des Neiges, the highest peak in the Indian Ocean!
The next part of the helicopter flight will continue to the Cirque de Mafate, a wild and incredible site only accessible by hike or by helicopter. From the helicopter, you will have a bird's eye view of its vertical ridges and unique flora, as well as a panorama of the Piton Maïdo before arriving above the Cirque de Salazie.
You will fly over the famous Trou de Fer, an incredible 300 meters deep chasm in which you will be able to see and photograph the magnificent waterfalls that flow into it. The Cirque de Salazie will allow you to take in the breathtaking 500 meters high Voile de la Mariée waterfall, as well as the lush vegetation typical of the east of Reunion Island.
Finally, the helicopter will fly over the high plateau of the Plaine des Cafres and its river Bras de la Plaine while returning to Saint-Pierre airport.
