Arrive at the meeting point at your selected departure time or 5-10 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing.

Set off for approximately 3.5 hours of kayaking.
Paddle to Pinel Island, a crossing of around 800 metres, taking 15–20 minutes direct, while enjoying optional recommended stops along the way.
Spend 1–2 hours on the island, with plenty of time to swim, enjoy a drink and soak up the scenery without feeling rushed.
Enjoy the facilities on Pinel Island, including beach bars and restaurants offering food, drinks and toilets (cash is recommended).
Paddle back to the departure point.
Return the equipment and debrief with the team.

Activity requirements

All participants must be able to swim and be in good physical health.

Life jackets (PFDs) are mandatory and must be worn at all times on the water.

The minimum age to paddle solo is 10 years old.

Children under 10 may accompany parents in tandem kayaks.

All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Parent/guardian must sign liability waiver for all minors.

Kayak Weight Limits:

Single kayak: Maximum 308 lbs (139 kg)
Double kayak: Combined weight limit of 485 lbs (220 kg)
Double XL kayak: Combined weight limit of 573 lbs (260 kg)
Family kayak (2 adults + 2 children): Maximum 573 lbs (260 kg) combined weight

Special terms

Individuals who are visually impaired without a sighted companion, persons who cannot swim or have a fear of water, anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs and individuals in wheelchairs (due to beach launch requirements and activity nature) cannot take part in this activity.

Pregnant women may participate at their own discretion during early pregnancy (please check with your doctor if you have doubts).

Please note that strictly no pets are allowed on Pinel Island as per Nature Reserve regulations.
