This canyoning adventure is two hours from Barcelona and the Costa Brava. The Estrets del Freser Canyon is located near Vall de Nria in the Ripollès region of the Eastern Pyrenees. This is an introductory level canyon, ideal for families and those new to the sport.

There are numerous slides, jumps of up to 6 meters (optional), and abseils of up to 10 meters. Before heading to the river, a certified canyoning instructor will teach you all of the canyoning techniques and will guide you through the activity to ensure your safety.
