Are you a winter sports lover? Then you can't miss the opportunity to come speedriding in the Pyrenees, the new snow sport that is causing a sensation!
The Pyrenees is one of Spain's favourite skiing destinations, along with Sierra Nevada (Granada), due to the great variety of slopes and the quality of the snow at the altitude at which they are located. Every winter, the ski resorts of Grandvalira, Aramón-Formigal and Baqueira-Beret, among others, welcome a large number of snow sports enthusiasts to their slopes. If you already know how to ski or snowboard and you feel like innovating, the SpeedRiding team is waiting for you to speedriding in the ski resort of Cerler, in the Benasque valley!
What is speedriding, you ask? Speedriding is a sport that comes from the combination of skiing and paragliding in which you can ski through inaccessible areas of the Benasque Valley at high speed thanks to the use of a small paraglider that will even allow you to fly at the level of the snow. It seems difficult, but it is a sport suitable for everyone from 8 years old onwards. You don't need any previous experience, but you do need a good level of skiing, as depending on the weather conditions, you may have to ski down part of the slopes.
You will meet your SpeedRiding instructor in Ampriú, on the stairs of the children's park, where he will provide you with a mini paraglider designed exclusively for Speedriding. Once equipped, you'll take the chairlift up to the highest part of the resort to the take-off area and... let's fly! You will descend the slopes of the ski resort of Cerler at high speed, so the activity lasts a few minutes. This is a tandem speedriding, so you'll do the whole descent with a monitor, who will help you with the handling of the paraglider. After landing, you can continue your day's skiing.

- Meeting with the instructor on the stairs of the Ampriú children's playground.
- Paragliding equipment and chairlift ride up to the highest part of the Cerler ski resort.
- Access to the flying area and descent of several minutes down the ski slope at snow level.
- Landing and end of the activity.
Activity requirements
A good level of skiing is required for this activity.
A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.
The maximum weight for this activity is 90 kg.
Special terms
The ski pass and ski equipment is not included in the activity.
