A 1.5-hour guided rafting trip down the Guadalquivir from Villa del Río, with full access to the leisure facilities at the base.

Course of events
Please allow 2.5 hours in total for this activity, including a 1.5 hour rafting excursion.
- Arrive at the base located at the Villa del Río municipal swimming pool, featuring a chill-out area, private pool (from 20 June to 1 September), picnic areas, toilets, hot showers, changing rooms and an on-site restaurant.
- Meet the team and listen to a short introduction to the activity, with time to ask any initial questions.
- Receive all the necessary equipment, including a wetsuit (if needed), helmet, lifejacket and paddle. All equipment is approved and adapted to each participant.
- Listen to the safety briefing covering paddling techniques, river safety and how to react in different situations on the Guadalquivir River.
- Head to the launch point with the rest of the group.
- Board your raft and start the activity under the supervision of a professional guide, who coordinates the group throughout the descent.
- Navigate through a mix of calm sections, small rapids, water games and group activities adapted to the participants’ level.
- Reach the finish point, exit the water with assistance from the guides, and return your equipment.
- Transfer back to the Villa del Río facilities.
- Relax after the activity with access to the swimming pool, chill-out area, showers and restaurant.
Activity requirements
No previous experience is required to take part, but you must be able to swim and not be afraid of the water.
You need to be in good physical condition to take part in this activity and not have any recent major injuries.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant women, seniors over 85, people with mental health problems or people with reduced mobility.
