Practical information
The cliffs of the San Sebastian region, in the north of Spain, are one of the most popular and interesting paragliding sites, not only in Spain but all of Europe. The weather conditions there couldn't be better - the wind currents coming from the Bay of Biscay rise up on the beaches as they crash into the cliffs, creating amazing thermal currents that paragliders love!
Thanks to the weather conditions, especially the wind currents, your professional instructor will be able to stay in the air longer, letting you feast on the stunning landscapes of the Basque region while on this amazing paraglising flight over Zarautz.
You will take off over the Orio or Zarautz beach, depending on the wind conditions. This will be confirmed with the instructor once the activity is booked. While the whole activity as a whole will last one hour, the standard flight will last for about 20 minutes, depending on the weather and any other factors your pilot finds important.
