Looking for a thrilling hot air balloon flight near Barcelona? Discover in Vic the unforgettable experience of flying over the most beautiful landscapes around.
Flying in a hot-air balloon in Osona allows you to discover from the air the old parts of the city of Vic, such as the Plaça Major. Then, guided by the wind, you fly over fields of crops and small villages surrounded by nature, woods, and marshes. The views allow you to enjoy the Pyrenees and Pre-Pyrenees. On a clear day, you can make out Pedraforca and the mountains bordering France.
You will meet the staff at 7:00 am (summer) or 8:00 am (winter) in the flight area. Before take-off, you can help the team prepare the balloon. Once everything is set up and you have seen the balloon inflate, you can climb into the basket to enjoy the flight.
After a brief briefing from the pilot, the balloon takes off. The experience is incredible, floating in the air like a bird! The pilot will be happy to explain how the balloon works and share the secrets of the flying area with you.
Don't forget to bring a camera so that you can take beautiful pictures during the flight. Once you land, you will enjoy a champagne toast with some pastries while the pilot will give you a flight certificate.
