Your adventure begins at the starting point in Stockholm where you and your group (a maximum of 8 participants) will meet your experienced guide. After a quick safety briefing, you'll travel on a minibus to the starting point for the trip. For an optimal experience, the safaris are run throughout the afternoon and evening times depending on the season, when the forest gets mystical, and the wild animals come out from dusk to dawn. Your guide will follow the best routes to optimise your chances of spotting and observing the majestic species that live in the forest! 

Once you've reached the forest, you will head out into the wild and follow your guide around the lakes and trees. Here, you will see the beautiful and iconic wildlife of Sweden! As you walk along the trails of this lush forest, your guide will tell you all about the different animals you encounter - their behaviour, habits, favourite treats, how and where to spot them and much more! Sweden is home to the iconic moose, the rare beavers, the wolves, the lynx, the roe deer, the sea eagles, the woodpeckers and many more including the well-known Nordic reindeer inhabiting the coldest parts of the country. 

Midway through the excursion, you'll stop to rest and enjoy a delicious homemade and locally produced meal. In autumn and winter, a Swedish Fika is served with warm coffee and hot chocolate. During spring and summer, a delicious refreshing cold meal is served while you enjoy the complete serenity and tranquility of the natural surroundings! Once you've rested, it is time to head into the depths of the forest and make your way back to the minibus for your scenic drive to the starting point in Stockholm city.
