White Water Rafting on the River Tummel

A dam release river just to the north of Pitlochry, it is released on weekends between the summer months of June to September. Where as the River Tay is family friendly and great for an introduction to white water rafting in Scotland, the River Tummel is an adrenaline inducing rafting trip. The river Tummel is a technical waterway with many white water rapids with names like Shark Tooth, Surf's Up and the Roller-coaster. It is the last section of rapids that give this river the ''ultimate'' title, called the "Lynn of Tummel" the last rapid is actually an 18 foot two tier waterfall. NAE Limits is excited to bring you down this route as it is the pinnacle of white water rafting in Scotland.
