Great communication. Our guide was great too. His instructions were clear. He did a great job in making sure we had a fun and safe trip. We really appreciated the photos that the guide too so we could have memories of the trip

Nosotros tuvimos a Iván en esta buena experiencia y fue execpional. Estuvo muy atento con todos y siempre con una buena sonrisa, esto se agradece mucho. Nos explicaba todo miles de veces sin problemas, y me sentía muy segura con él.
Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to tell us about the unique history surrounding the area and the mountain/cave itself. He was kind and patient as this being our first time caving, there were moments of overwhelming anxiety! He was incredibly reassuring and we felt safe. He made the experience as memorable as it was.
Instructor was perfect. She told us a lot about the area and was a great instructor for the technicalities of the activity. She spoke great English
