The company were very well organised and everything ran very smoothly. We had a super pilot who was very pleasant, warm and welcoming. The flight lasted about 1 hr and we were all amazed at the control the pilot had when he managed to land the balloon on the back of his trailer.

To increase professional engagement and processes speed I would suggest the team divides into different areas. A team goes and prepares the balloon while another one picks up the clients. This will cut significant time of the manning requirement and the customers.
Overall, the experience is amazing and I will recommend it over and over to anybody.
