Andorra is a winter paradise located just between Spain and France, along the Pyrenees, and it is a perfect destination for lovers of snow-based activities. Taking a dog sledding tour from Grau Roig, in Andorra, near the Grandvalira ski resort, is one of the best winter activities available, and one that is fun and safe for people of almost all ages!

For your dog sledding tour from Grau Roig, in Andorra, you'll need to find your way to the Cubil parking lot, where you'll see the RocRoi Adventure Center and be introduced to your musher. Once the musher welcomes you, gives you a few safety instructions, and explains what the activity consists of, you will be ready to get to know the dogs and the world of mushing!

Then, once you are seated in the sled, your dog sled ride along Grandvalira will begin! You'll be able to choose between a 2, 3, or 5-kilometer ride, the duration of which will depend on the snow and weather conditions. Either way, you should plan to spend between 30 minutes and 1 hour on the premises. You'll enjoy riding over the snow and halfway through the ride, the musher will order the dogs to stop and you will have the opportunity to ask them any questions you may have, as well as take photos with the huskies and of the amazing landscapes of the Pyrenees.

After this stop, you will set off on your dog sled ride along Grau Roig again through the spectacular forest, observing the imposing landscape from a unique perspective, until you reach the starting point where the activity ends. But your dog sledding tour is not all over, you'll have some time to pet the dogs before you leave!

Now, this activity is organized by sleds. Each sled can take either 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 children. With this in mind, you should book 1 adult ticket if you're on your own, 2 adult tickets if you want to take the ride with someone else, 2 adult + infant tickets if you are 1 adult and 1 child, and 3 adult + infant tickets if you are 1 adult and 2 children. If there are more people in your group, you'll need to make different reservations, since on one reservation you can only book up to 2 sleds (one full adult and one adult with children). Don't forget that children can never go on the sled without an accompanying adult.

With all this in mind, take your chance to discover Andorra and the stunning landscapes of the Pyrenees from a completely different perspective on this dog sledding ride from Grau Roig. Book now!

A great experience for my entire family. Organised both the snow mobiles and the dog sledding, they didn’t disappoint at all. Super friendly monitors, the dogs were beautiful and healthy and strong, the snowmobiles in great condition. The route was perfect for the amount of time we had.. a great family extra treat while on vacation.

It was about 15 minutes, although they promised 30 minutes. This is the only downside. It is too expensive 80€ for 15 minutes

C est une expérience à faire, très belle sensation même si c est un peu court. Explications faites par le musher, même si il parlait peu le français.
