Intermediate Paddle Boarding Lesson, Dunbar in East Lothian

- Arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. Take a moment to enjoy a coffee, mingle with the team, and meet fellow participants who share your enthusiasm for the lesson.

- All necessary equipment, including wetsuits (you may bring your own if preferred), will be provided. Once everyone is geared up and ready, we will drive to the designated SUP location, which typically takes approximately 15 minutes. Please note that if weather conditions are unfavorable, we will relocate to a beautiful Scottish loch, ensuring an enjoyable experience regardless.

- On the beach, our experienced instructors will deliver a comprehensive safety briefing, acquainting you with the equipment and its proper usage. You'll receive coaching from highly qualified ASI (Academy of Surfing Instructors) instructors, who will share their expertise and guide you through the next level of paddleboarding.

- It's time to hit the water! Your instructor will accompany you, providing assistance, advice, and advanced techniques to elevate your skills. Explore the stunning coastline and immerse yourself in the captivating wildlife surrounding you. Enjoy multiple opportunities to pause and appreciate the scenic beaches along the way.

- As the lesson duration concludes, make your way back to the car for a comfortable ride back to the meeting point. Change into dry clothes and indulge in a warm coffee and delicious chocolate to celebrate your paddleboarding achievements.
