Magical hike! I'm very glad that we took this tour with Mark. The hike through the night forest was not difficult, we didn't have to climb into holes on foot. There were long stops where we could eat. In the pre-night forest we saw a deer! In the night forest fireflies ;) but I went for the night sky, the Milky Way and shooting stars. And that was all! Mark is an excellent storyteller with encyclopedic knowledge in all areas. It was interesting to listen. The road back was a separate magic. I recommend it to everyone. Take warm clothes even in summer. There is a separate tour during winter with snowshoes. I would definitely take the tour.

The activity starts with a trail that leads to a beautiful lake. The scenery here is truly breathtaking. It alone is worth the trip, but the true "star" of the night is definitely the stargazing. Marc is very well prepared, and explains everything in a way that is understandable for everyone. He brought a lazer pen, which due to the humidity served as a very accurate pointing tool. I can only recommend.

About Mercantour wildlife hike from Allos.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé la randonnée dans le parc du Mercantour. Très beaux paysages, bon accueil et informations intéressantes données par Marc notre guide sur les animaux et la flore. Nous avons pu voir les marmottes , les vautours, la troupe de moutons , le berger Raymond et ses chiens. Les autres familles du groupe étaient bien sympathiques. Nous recommandons absolument de faire cette randonnée. Famille LE des Yvelines.
