The solution allows you to manage a schedule, manage guides and instructors, manage equipment, create packages, accept payments, manage invoices, manage reminders, integrate an online booking module on your website and collaborate with other companies. Rates?
Four packages are available.
The 1ᵉʳ is the free version with basic features such as the booking module, planning, collaborative mode, etc. The 2d "SOLO" package is priced at €19/HT per month. The 'MICRO' package costs €39 per month and, finally, the 'ENTERPRISE' package costs €59 per month. All the packages have the same functions, but you need to choose the package that best suits the size of your business.
- SOLO (single person or self-employed)
- MICRO (annual turnover < €150k)
- COMPANY (turnover > €150k per year)
To this must be added an online booking fee of 2.50%.
How long does it take professionals to set it up? Is it complicated?
On average, it takes around two hours to install Yoplanning for videoconferencing.
Getting started is generally straightforward in most cases, as long as the resource person is available and motivated.
