Rouffiac Cable Park

Created in 1998 in the heart of Périgord region, Rouffiac cable park was one of the first to open in France. He remains a reference, with many talented local riders, regular events and quality infrastructure. It includes a 5 pylons cable with many features, a bi-pulley infrastructure for beginners and many other activities including an acrobatic treetop circuit. The atmosphere and the emulation present on site is pretty crazy, it is really a must spot to go to if you like wakeboarding.

The cable park

Six operators and an experimented team of riders are present on the site!
The cable has 5 pylon cableways, over a distance of 790 meters and can pull 9 people simultaneously. The start goes to the right in the opposite direction clockwise.
There are 11 homemade modules : 5 kickers, 1 fun box, 1 flat bar, 1 incline, 1 box, 1 S box, 1 roof. To facilitate the return, a floating pontoon is used to connect the two banks.

In 2011, the base has installed an Easy Start bi-pulley of 120 meters for beginners.

Events and champions
The base welcomes many events such as the 7th stage of Sooruz Cable Tower and the French wakeboarding cup in July, 2016.

Amenities
Rouffiac base is located in the town of Lanouaille, 40 km from Périgueux, 65 km from Brive-la-Gaillarde and 60 km from Limoges and Dordogne 24 (Aquitaine).

There is a snack on site and a restaurant in the leisure center. You can also rent cottages, caravans or camp on site.

The park hosts many activities (zipline, volleyball, table tennis, paintball) including an acrobatic treetop circuit. A nightclub is also close to the leisure center.

Car park outside the site is free. Extra toilets and outdoor showers have been installed next to the park.
