We got ebikes for 11 of us....We had a great time enjoy riding them. Jesse & Audrey were very accommodating as we had an issue on one of the bikes and they came right away to replace it. In our group, we had beginner and experience rides. the beginner didn't have any problem with riding it up the hills to Belvedere lookout. Going down the hill was quite fun too.
