If you are travelling in the Azores you can't miss this speedboat adventure in São Miguel Island enjoying its beaches and mountainous landscape.
On this excursion you will have the opportunity to discover the island of São Miguel in a fast way by embarking on a speedboat in the Azores for 4 hours. This island is the largest island of the Azores archipelago, located in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of mainland Portugal. The north coast of São Miguel is surrounded by numerous bays and beaches with fascinating rock formations. On this excursion you will be accompanied by a Seascape guide who will keep you informed about what you will be observing.
Your next speedboat excursion in the Azores will start with a brief introduction to the excursion explaining the geology and animals you will be able to observe from your speedboat along with safety precautions. Your speedboat will depart from the fishing village of Rabo de Peixe and head offshore through the high seas to the bay of Porto Formoso. You will take a break near the harbour of Santa Eiria and admire the surrounding nature. On the way back to Porto de Rabo de Peixe you will sail enjoying the view of different places such as Ponta do Cintrão, Ponta do Ermo and Morro de Santana where you will observe the different coastal caves.

Activity requirements
If you usually get motion sickness during travels, check if it's possible to take an anti-nausea medication.
If you plan to take a swim, having refined swimming techniques is essential.
