Course of events
- Departure from the Radisson metro station in Montreal at 7.30 a.m
- Welcome by the guide and documents to be completed
- Checking of personal equipment and equipment for the canoeing activity
- Distribution of equipment and explanation of how the activity works
- Board the bus
- Arrival at the start of the activity
- Briefing on safety instructions, practices, basic techniques and warm-up
- Launch and initiation
- Canoe trip of 12 or 16 km
- Arrival at the Canot Volant base at around 4 p.m.
- Return of equipment and cleaning of neoprene wetsuits and helmets
- Debriefing with your guide
- Departure for the return to Montreal at 4.30 p.m.

Your driver-guide will be waiting for you at 7.20 a.m. across the street from the Royal Versailles Hotel, on the corner of Sherbrooke and Des Groseillers. Thank you in advance for your punctuality. The vehicle is white and marked BONJOUR NATURE in green.
Your driver can make a stop on the way to buy an adapted lunch. To do so, you must tell the driver-guide when you arrive.
