Freediving allows you to move like a fish underwater in a completely natural way - you will discover that you set the limits in Puerto del Carmen!
Have you ever wished to swim like a dolphin? Have you ever wondered what it's like to float through the water while holding your breath? Then you owe it to yourself to educate yourself on freediving. It is currently one of the world's fastest growing water sports.
Freediving is much simpler than you might think. In Lanzarote, you can try your freediving baptism. It promotes health and fitness, which can be achieved and benefited from while taking in the sights and tranquillity of the underwater world.
The Freediving Basic Level is your chance to connect with the water and discover what Freediving, that unknown world, is all about.
In 4 hours, you will learn the fundamentals of these techniques to get you started in the sport of freediving and experience all of its sensations. And we'll go down to a maximum depth of 5 meters.
The Freediving Basic is intended for both scuba divers and swimmers who want to experience this activity.
Enrolling in a Freediving Basic course is the most effective way to determine whether obtaining a freediving certification is right for you.
- Arrival at the dive center at the time agreed upon.
- Theory, equipment operation, water behavior, and safety rules are all explained.
- A brief explanation of the dive center's operating rules, equipment distribution, and equipment.
- Board the boat.
- Get to the snorkeling location in the sea.
- 2 hours of fun in the water.
- Back to the dive shop.
- Diplomas are distributed.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All participants must know how to swim.
Participants must fill out a health form.
