Course of events
Please allow 5 hours on site for the entire experience.
- Pick-up by coach from your hotel (approximately 45 minutes, depending on the location and number of hotels)
- Bus journey to Teide National Park (45 minutes to 1 hour)
- Reception at the visitor centre, administrative procedures and access to the toilets or the café
- Full safety briefing and overview of the route by the guide (5 to 10 minutes)
- A 2-hour guided hike at an altitude of 2,200 metres, featuring wildlife spotting, plant life and panoramic views of Mount Teide, the Old Peak and Mount Guajara
- Free time to use the toilets at the visitor centre or take a break in the café
- Return coach transfer to your hotel
