Beginner Sea Kayaking Tour at Kissamos Bay

Enjoy a sea kayaking tour for beginners and explore the shallow shores around Kissamos bay in West Crete!

Program
We start with a brief introduction to paddling a sit-on-top sea kayak. We launch from the West side of Kissamos bay, engulfed by peninsulas on two sides. The water is very clear and the underwater visibility is excellent.

We paddle along the rocky coast, exploring the features. The shallow rocks teeming with fish, the small caves, the narrow ravines from the mountains above ending into the sea.

We take a break on a shallow reef, where thanks to the sit-on-top kayak, it will be easy to jump into the blue and enjoy the element from an even closer perspective. We will have masks and snorkels with us so we can swim in wherever it takes our fancy.
