Levi Fells is situated in the northern part of Finnish Lapland, near the village of Levi, which serves as the main hub for visitors to the ski resort. It's located above the Arctic Circle, making it an ideal destination for experiencing Arctic landscapes and winter sports.
Your adventure begins in Sirkka, where you will be picked up at the meeting point and taken to the snowmobile departure location. Once you've put on your thermal gear, you'll receive a safety briefing as well as an introduction to snowmobiling from your experienced guide. Then, it's time to put on your helmet and get ready for the thrill of snowmobiling at high speeds in the Arctic wilderness of Levi!
Traversing the frozen landscapes, your guide will lead you away from the usual paths, through snowcapped forests and swamps, stopping along the way so that you can admire the stunning scenery of the Levi Fells and take amazing photographs. In addition, you and your group (a maximum of 12 participants) will stop for a coffee/tea and snack break at a cosy Lappish café before riding the picturesque trails back to Levi.

Activity requirements
The driver of a snowmobile has to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license (A1, T, A or B category). Please check that it is valid in Finland.
For all snowmobile tours, all drivers are asked to either bring a physical copy of their driver's license, a photo, or a copy.
It is strictly prohibited to drive a snowmobile under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Special terms
All the snowmobiles are insured by traffic law for medical expenses. The snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the snowmobile. The liability damage cost has a flat rate of 900 € per person in case of an accident. For our shorter snowmobile tours (up to 3 hours duration), it is possible to purchase insurance from Wild Nordic Finland for 15 € per person (as of winter 2023), which reduces the maximum liability to 150 € per person.
