And to enjoy it in an original way, while getting the best possible views, paragliding over the Dune du Pilat is the best thing to do. State-qualified instructors invite you to join them on the Petit Nice beach, halfway between Arcachon and Biscarosse, for a 10, 20 or 30-minute tandem paragliding flight over the Dune du Pilat.

Depending on your choice, this flight can be a simple moment of contemplation or a thrilling experience! - Park in the Petit Nice car park (beach car park) and walk down to the beach past the first-aid post

- Once on the Petit Nice beach, walk north for about 10 minutes to the blockhouses and look for the "OverTheValley Parapente" banner (if you can't find it, text the instructor and he will get back to you as soon as possible)

- Meeting with the instructor in front of the banner, followed by a briefing on the flight and safety instructions

- Put on your paragliding equipment and walk up the dune to be able to take off (the flight is highly dependent on the weather and wind conditions, so allow at least 2 hours on site if the weather delays the flights)

- Take off for a 10-minute paragliding flight over the Dune du Pilat

- Landing at the bottom of the dune, near the banner

- De-equipping and end of the activity

Minimum weight: 33 lbs (15 kg) / Maximum weight: 264 lbs (120 kg)

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
