Take to the heights and climb the cliffs of the magnificent calanques at your own pace during an introductory climbing course in Carry-le-Rouet!
The Côte d'Azur's calanques are renowned for their rock climbing in a natural environment, and are ideal for an introductory climbing session! Accessible to all, this experience will enable you to enjoy the joys of climbing a cliff in an exceptional natural setting!
A professional instructor will teach you basic climbing and belaying techniques, and accompany you throughout your ascent. Once you've mastered the techniques, you're ready to take on the calanques! Depending on weather conditions and the level of beginner climbers, the climbing site may vary. Your instructor will take you to climb the Cap Rousset calanque, the Bouchons calanque, the Eaux Salées calanque or the Puy and Madrague calanques, each as sublime as the next!
Climb at your own pace, without pressure, thanks to an instructor who will adapt to your individual needs and be on hand to help you. Just above the sea, your climbing initiation session in Carry-le-Rouet, Bouches-du-Rhône, will offer you panoramic views of the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean!

- Meeting with your instructor at the starting point of the activity
- Approximately 15-minute approach walk to the site
- Your instructor will guide you to the chosen climbing site
- Safety briefing and introduction to climbing and belay techniques
- Start your ascent of the calanque
