Stand Up Paddle, or SUP, consists of a large surfboard and a single paddle. It's just about moving on the water quietly, exploring the landscapes or simply relaxing.

This new activity between surfing and canoeing has quickly conquered the French coast and will soon penetrate inland. Indeed, all calm water bodies and rivers can accommodate SUP boards, including the streams of the Gorges du Tarn.

So come and discover this nautical activity as well as the famous gorges accompanied by a qualified instructor! You will enjoy a new perspective from the river and the feeling of being as adventurous as a surfer!
