During your tasting tour of the Ile de Ré, depending on the tour you choose, you will have the pleasure of meeting an oyster farmer, a beekeeper, a salt worker and a wine grower, who will explain their jobs and their importance on the island. You will be able to sample some of the local produce, as well as a dessert derived from the island's viticulture at the end of the ride, to round off this enriching experience with a sweet treat.
