Electric surfing, otherwise known as E-foil, is an extraordinary water sport that gives you the sensation of flying through the water (thanks in particular to a fin called a foil).

Situated in the Bay of Biscay, off the coast of Charente-Maritime and 1.7km opposite the town of La Rochelle, the 4th largest island in mainland France will be your home for the introductory E-foil sessions offered by Ré Kite School. Founded in 2023, this itinerant school based on the island of Ré offers you the chance to discover water sports activities in the hands of state-qualified instructors who are passionate about the marine environment. You'll be able to experience totally new sensations, like flying on the water during your introduction to E-foils on the island of Ré!

With a full briefing at the start of the activity to help you get to grips with the electric foils quickly and efficiently, these three session options of 30 minutes, 1 hour and 1.5 hours will give you a unique introduction to E-foils on the Ile de Ré, on your own, with friends or with the family!
