Introduction to helicopter piloting in Le Havre, Normandy

In the role of a helicopter pilot you will fly over Le Havre in the heart of Normandy. Departing from the Le Havre-Octeville Airport, come and test the initiation flight with the Golf Tango instructors.

During this introductory flight, you are at the controls of the aircraft with a professional instructor on board to advise you.

You will be aboard a Robinson R22, this 2-seater helicopter is ideal for learning to fly, as it is light and equipped with dual controls.

Course of the activity
Once you arrive at the aerodrome, you will meet your instructor who will accompany you during this introductory course.
Before your flight, you will attend a theoretical briefing of about 30 minutes . You will study the helicopter, the basics of piloting and the flight controls. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable and confident, so that this experience takes place in the best possible conditions.
You will then take off with your instructor who will carry out the take-off manoeuvres, then during the hover, you will take control of the helicopter if you feel comfortable.
