- Meet your skipper at the J4 esplanade in the Mucem basin 15 minutes before departure time.

Parental authorisation is required for minors taking part in the activity without an accompanying adult.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
Special terms
As a general rule, this activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or certain disabilities, as boarding the rigid inflatable boat requires a degree of autonomy (walking down from a dock and stepping over the inflatable tube). Please contact your skipper in advance to assess feasibility and discuss possible arrangements.
For guests prone to seasickness, the itinerary is mainly coastal and sheltered, so the risk is generally low. If you are susceptible to seasickness, please inform your skipper at the time of booking so they can adapt the route if needed and recommend a light preventive treatment before departure.
The skippers speak French and English. Other languages may be available depending on scheduling; please request this at the time of booking.
Pets are not permitted on this activity.
The decision to maintain or postpone the outing is made no later than the evening before or the same morning, depending on weather conditions. You will be notified by phone and SMS. Rescheduling is free of charge, and a full refund will be issued if no alternative date is suitable.
