Rafting down the Var at Entrevaux, near Nice

Please allow around 3 hours for the whole experience.

• Meeting with the guide at the meeting point sent by text message or e-mail
• Distribution of rafting equipment
• While you are getting kitted out, one participant should follow the guide by car to the finish point of the rafting trip so that she can leave her vehicle there, and they can return together to the start point by carpool (approximately 20 minutes)
• Briefing on the activity, safety instructions and rafting (approx. 15 minutes)
• Launching the rafts
• Departure for a 1.5 to 2-hour rafting trip down the Var, with time for a swim along the way for those who wish to do so
• De-equipping and loading equipment into the guide's vehicle
• Transfer back to the starting point for all drivers to collect their vehicles (approx. 10 minutes), and then collect the participants remaining at the end of the rafting trip to end the activity

All participants must know how to swim, be able to climb 20 steps without getting out of breath, run on varied terrain and carry a heavy load of at least 10 kg (the weight of a raft carried as a team) to take part in this activity.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

You must not have any medical contraindications to taking part in the activity (heart problems, mobility problems linked to your joints, recent surgery, etc.).

A minimum of 2 participants is required to run this activity.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people or people with motor disabilities.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
