La Fabrique Royale offers you the opportunity to learn freerunning with the members of the most successful team in France, the French Freerun Family!
The French Freerun Academy is a freerun training center located at the Forum des Halles, in the center of Paris, created by the French Freerun Family and La Fabrique Royale.
Freerun (or free running) is a sport discipline invented by Sébastien Foucan in 2003. It is derived from parkour and focuses on aesthetic and acrobatic movements. The movement and the art of urban displacement form a language of their own, unique to each freerunner. For most people, parkour is synonymous with freerun, but the philosophy of personal and free expression through movement in freerun is an important aspect to take into account when differentiating the two practices.
The role of La Fabrique Royale is to develop and professionalize this discipline in France with the general public and to make known freerunners who stand out from the French Freerun Family (3F) such as Simon Nogueira, Johan Tonnoir or Maxence de Schrooder.
Come and discover the techniques of this physical and creative practice during a 2-hour initiation course in the only secure and adapted hall in Paris: the Centr'Halles Park! You will learn to move in a fluid and natural way, trained by professionals of the discipline. You will watch the famous Assassin's Creed in Real Life video.
Your freerun instructor will teach you the basics of this urban sport with a theoretical part and a warm-up beforehand, but above all a technical part to learn and succeed your first moves.
