On arrival at Les Cognées, you will be welcomed by the team. They will explain the course of the hour-long activity.

You will be briefed on safety instructions by the instructors, as well as on throwing techniques.

You will then go to your target, which can accommodate up to 3 people. You will need to reserve one or more additional targets depending on the number of participants. The 10 targets can accommodate up to 30 people per hour.

You will be able to try several types of axes during your session, and even a Shuriken, to put yourself in the shoes of a real ninja! You will start with a training session and then move on to the games. A group photo will be taken at the end of your session, so that you can keep a souvenir of this unique activity.
