Activity description

Go down the Lergue river at full speed in a tubing boat in Ceyras and experience incredible sensations by taking the rapids at the gates of Montpellier!

A 4.5km tubing trip down the Lergue awaits you north of Clermont-l'Hérault, just 25 minutes from Montpellier. Starting from a typical Hérault red sand beach at the old Rabieux mill in Ceyras, you will set off for around 2.5 hours of tubing down the Lergue, not counting the breaks for a swim and/or a snack that will punctuate the experience!

Tubing is an activity derived from rafting, the aim of which is to descend a river in a single-seater buoy, paddle in hand: it offers greater freedom, while retaining the warmth of sharing this moment with friends or family! On this tubing trip down the Lergue in Ceyras, you will find some fun, easy rapids, as well as beautiful swimming areas and beaches, making for a great half-day of fun and refreshment.

Course of events

- Meeting with the team at the Obouées base

- Briefing on the activity and equipment (15 minutes)

- 10 minutes shuttle transfer to the starting point of the course

- Tubing descent over 4.5 km for around 5 hours, including swimming breaks and snacks along the way

- Arrival at the base of Obouées at the end of the course to return the equipment and end the activity

Activity requirements

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

For minors over the age of 16, your legal representative will be asked to sign a rental contract on site.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

Special terms

This activity is weather-dependent. If the weather does not allow for the activity to take place, we will contact you to reschedule or receive a full refund.

On site, you can opt for a picnic option (sandwich of your choice / soft drink / crisps / Pom'pot) for €7.50.

If you don't have water shoes (mandatory if you do not have trainers or sport shoes), you can buy them on site for €11 a pair.
