Snorkeling excursion Lagoon Discovery (2h) - Discovery of the lagoon of Tahiti

You will swim with the help of your fins, mask, snorkel and sea scooter on the Aquarium site, a snorkeling site that lives up to its name: between multicolored tropical fish, coral garden and ship and plane wrecks under a multitude of shades of blue, your eyes will remain amazed by this magnificent aquatic spectacle!

Reef Adventure Excursion (2h) - Discovery of turtles, rays and sharks of Tahiti

This excursion outside the lagoon on the site called "La Source" will allow you to meet marine animals emblematic of Polynesian waters: turtles, eagle rays and reef sharks will surely cross your path, as well as a multitude of tropical fish and other amazing aquatic species!

Snorkeling on the Aquarium site, a site particularly adapted to people who suffer from sea sickness because the waters are calm and protected.

You will be able to see tropical fish, a coral garden, airplane and boat wrecks, and if you are lucky, other animals such as turtles and rays!

Course of events

- Meeting with the team inside the Marina Taina, on the leftmost part when you look at the ocean (the boat is near the racks where the dry boats are stacked)

- Boarding and sailing for about 10 minutes to the Aquarium site

- Equipment fitting and briefing on the activity before launching with the guide

- Snorkeling for about 1h ~ 1h15, and 15 minutes more if eagle rays are present

- Return to the Taina Marina after 10 minutes of navigation

It is necessary to be able to swim to go snorkeling.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for the trip to take place.

Not recommended if you have back problems, heart problems or any other serious medical condition.

Our snorkel was great- in the deeper waters, saw sharks, rays and turtles! We saw my even more rays on the second spot and enjoyed wonderful calm waters the last spot for a fun viewing of a sunken ship & plane! It was a great experience overall, I’d highly recommend it!
