The tour starts in the charming coastal town of Paralio Astros (the exact meeting point changes depending on the sunrise and will be communicated to you before the day). You'll meet the certified instructors and receive the kayaking equipment (kayak, paddle and life jacket). No prior experience is needed, everyone is welcome on this tour! You'll start with a quick safety briefing and paddling instructions. Then, you'll head off into the early morning, paddling to a secluded cave.

As you paddle, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the Argolic Gulf and nearby towns and islands, including Nafplio, Argos, and Spetses. When you reach the secluded cave, you'll immerse yourself in an invigorating yoga session with a professional instructor, embracing the serenity of the surroundings as you delve into meditation, breathwork and rejuvenating physical asanas. While you clear your mind through the guided session, the magical sun will rise, creating a stunning array of colours across the sky.

After the relaxing yoga session, you'll indulge in some refreshing seasonal fruits while admiring the views. You can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. This tour offers a perfect opportunity to escape the daily grind and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings while learning yoga and kayaking skills. After the swimming break, you'll return to the starting point in Astros.
