Located in the picturesque region of Chalkidiki, the peninsula of Kassandra is situated in northern Greece and is the westernmost of Chalkidiki's three peninsulas extending into the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea. Kassandra is famed for its breathtaking beaches, rolling hills, and rugged coastline. In addition, the crystal waters of Chalkidiki are brimming with marine life and coral reefs, which make it an amazing place for underwater exploration while scuba diving in Kassandra! As an added convenience, you can choose between morning or afternoon scuba diving excursions with options for equipment rental or bringing your own scuba diving equipment.
Depending on the weather conditions of the day, the Triton Scuba Diving offers 7 incredible scuba diving locations in Kassandra, which include Porto Valitsa, Avlaki, the thermal waters of Paraskevi, the underwater caves of Paraskevi, Chrousso Bay, Kanistro, and Agios Nikolaos.
Your scuba diving in Kassandra experience begins at the Diving Centre, where you and your group (a maximum of 4 participants per instructor) will be greeted by your experienced and PADI-certified instructor. After an initial safety and itinerary briefing, you'll receive your scuba diving equipment and tank (if you've chosen the equipment rental option). Then, you'll head out to the selected diving location. Upon arrival, you'll gear up and the instructor will double-check your equipment and do a buoyancy test. Now, the fun starts! Depending on your scuba diving certification level, you can explore the Aegean Sea from depths of 12-40 metres (39-131 feet).
