Rafting in Voidomatis river, near Zagorochoria, Ioannina and Kalambaka. Bring your family and friends and have fun times in one of the most beautiful natural reserves in Greece.
Voidomatis is ideal for rafting, and popular among Greek rafting enthusiasts. The descent is quite easy, but there are some passages where it can get a bit more challenging, so it is perfect for beginners with no previous experience. Whether you want to come with your family or friends, this rafting experience is made for you!
River Voidomatis rises in Vikos gorge, flowing across Zagorochoria, in Epirus. Voidomatis is surrounded by beautiful green scenery with traditional stone bridges and turquoise crystal-clear water. The water’s temperature rises to 8 degrees Celsius, making it the coldest river in Greece. Voidomatis is characterised as the cleanest river in Europe, too.
