You can either choose to SUP in Voidokilia or Kardamyli. Both spots are stunning with great water conditions for snorkelling and stand-up paddling.
Voidokilia is located in Messinia's westerd side, and is a famous beach for its unique environment and its shape. It has been ranked several times as one of the best beahces worldwide, attracting many tourists on the shores to swim into the turquoise waters or relax on the white-sand beaches. You can also hike the Nestors cave and the ruins of Navarino castle. For the nature enthusiasts there's the lagoon of Yialova rich in fauna and flora as well.
Kardamyli is one of the most famous spots in southern Peloponnesus, near Kalamata. The town is in Mani at the gulf of Messinia. Turquoise waters and the beautiful beach of Foneas create a unique setting for your SUP and snorkeling experience.
How everything goes?
You will meet your instructor at the meeting point and at the beginning you will learn the basic paddling techniques so you do not get easily exhausted while paddling. You wll learn how to turn, stop and stand up. Once you are confident going in water, you will explore the coast and paddle towards a nearby cove with great turquoise waters to snorkel in. If it's a bit more wavvy you will be able to catch some waves and surf a bit. You will have plenty of time to stand up paddle and snorkel around, sunbathe and relax under the sun. An amazing experience awaits you in Kardamyli and Voidokilia.
