Your adventure of sea kayaking in Naxos begins at Kalantos Beach. (Participants can choose between meeting on-site or a pick-up option from central Naxos for an additional fee, please specify when booking). Upon your arrival, you and your group (a maximum of 8 people) will be greeted by your knowledgeable guide. After a safety and itinerary briefing, you'll put on your lifejacket, stow your belongings in a dry bag and receive an introduction to kayaking and paddling techniques. Now, the fun starts!
You'll set off from Kalantos Beach paddling eastward to Rina Cave, enjoying the magnificent views along the way. In addition, you'll stop at small beaches to swim, snorkel, or, for the daring, cliff dive! Since the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea have great visibility, you'll hopefully spot some of the region's diverse marine life. Midway through the sea kayaking excursion, you'll be treated to a delicious homemade meal made with local and organic vegetables, as well as Naxian cheese and snacks.
At the end of your sea kayaking tour in Naxos, you'll paddle back to the original departure point at Kalantos Beach with time for one last refreshing swim.
