Your adventure will begin with a 30-minute theory introduction at the diving centre at Laganas Beach, where you will learn the basics of diving, equipment preparation, and all the important information needed before going underwater. You will then gear up and head out for your first pool dive under the guidance of your instructor. During your pool dive, you will master your breathing techniques and prepare for your adventure dive in the open sea. 

Once you're comfortable breathing underwater, you will follow your certified instructor and venture into the sea at a maximum depth of 8 meters (26 feet) to discover the silent underwater world. Your divemaster will be with you during the whole time, guiding you with breathing techniques and ensuring your safety all the way! 

With a little bit of luck, you may see the well-known Caretta-Caretta turtles, who have made their home in Zante over the years, spawning along the coast of the island. You may also spot the monk seals, and admire the overall beauty of the magical underwater world in Zakynthos! At the end of your discovery dive, you'll return to the starting point at Laganas Beach.
