Zakynthos, or Zante, is an island located off the coast of Greece, in the Ionian Sea. The island is characterised by a diverse landscape that includes fertile plains, mountainous areas, and a coastline with sandy beaches and steep cliffs. The summertime brings long days with beautiful sunsets in the evening.
To begin this evening excursion, you will meet your guide directly at the starting point in Zakynthos, or be picked up within a 10km radius (please specify your location upon booking). The knowledgeable guide will take you on a tour of all the best sunset spots on the island, as the sun slowly starts to set on the horizon. The first stop on the tour is a small fishing village in Keri Lake. This picturesque location offers stunning views of the crystal-clear water. You will spend some time here exploring the spot and capturing some magnificent photographs.
You will then travel to the picturesque village of Agalas, which is surrounded by pine trees and olive groves and is home to a church with a large bell tower. The guide will lead you along a 150-meter path to Damiano's Cave; a magnificent, two-storied cave filled with awe-inspiring stalactites and stalagmites. The view from the cave is breathtaking, with hills and the sea extending into the background. The guide will share some myths and legends about this cave and the area.
To end the tour, you will rest at a stone-built area beside Damiano's Cave to watch the sun slip below the horizon. The sky will change into various shades of pink and red, and you will witness the sun touching the sea in the distance. This is a beautiful sight and a must-see experience when travelling in Greece! After the sun has set, the guide will transfer you back to your starting point in Zakynthos.

Pick-up is included within a 10km radius of the meeting point in Zakynthos, please specify your exact location upon booking. The most northeast place where you may be picked up from is Alykes. Anywhere outside of the radius will cost an additional fee.
