With its warm waters never dropping below 25°C at any time of year, the Saint-François lagoon is the perfect place to discover scuba diving in Guadeloupe. Teeming with tropical fish, coral, sponges and cnidarians, and offering ideal conditions for a very first dive, it ticks all the boxes for everyone to enjoy a first dive in Saint-François, even without knowing how to swim. Supervised by a qualified DEJEPS instructor (State Diploma in Youth, Popular Education and Sport) with over 3 years' experience in diving, you will enjoy your underwater adventure in complete safety, to a maximum depth of 6 metres in the lagoon!
For this first dive in the lagoon of Saint-François, you will be seated aboard a 20-seater boat, in the shade of an awning to shelter you from the sun. You will be comfortably seated not only during the navigation and briefing before your dive, but also at the end of it, unless you prefer to continue enjoying the lagoon by snorkelling around the boat! You will be equipped with top-quality equipment that is renewed every 2 years, ensuring your safety and comfort throughout your dive in the Saint-François lagoon, as well as your instructor, who will guide you from start to finish with an educational, professional and cheerful approach.
Whether you have been scuba diving before or it is your very first time, this first dive in Saint-François will give you unforgettable memories of Guadeloupe's underwater world, from the discovery of new sensations (weightlessness, silence, breathing underwater) to the observation of the rich Caribbean underwater flora and fauna. So don't miss out, with the bonus of being able to dive by 4 participants at the same time with the same instructor!
