Please allow half a day for the whole experience.
- Meeting with the skipper at the Sainte-Rose fishing harbour, 15 minutes before the activity begins (free car park)
- Boarding the boat
- Briefing on the schedule for the activity and safety instructions
- Departure for a 4-hour boat tour in the Grand Cul-de-sac marin:
- navigation through the mangrove forest with an explanation of the ecosystem (10 to 15 minutes)
- snorkelling stop at a shallow shipwreck (around 30 minutes)
- another snorkelling stop above the coral reef (30 to 40 minutes)
- stop for a break on Caret Islet, including a swim (30 to 45 minutes)
- another stop on La Biche Islet to relax, swim and enjoy an aperitif (homemade punch, homemade planteur, homemade fruit juice and a selection of typical Guadeloupean snacks) (30 to 40 minutes)
- return navigation via Îlet Blanc and Îlet aux Oiseaux, with commentary (approximately 30 minutes)
- Back in Sainte-Rose, disembarkation and end of the activity
