Course of events
Please allow 3.5 hours on site for the entire experience.
- Welcome at the parking area, identity check, and introduction to the guide (5 minutes)
- Fitting of technical equipment (Petzl helmet and harness, Mares wetsuit, Sealand neoprene socks) followed by a comprehensive safety briefing (15 minutes)
- Soft hiking through the alpine landscape to reach the starting point of the canyon (5 minutes)
- Canyoning descent in Val Maor featuring swimming in narrow canals, fast natural slides (toboggans), river walking, and optional jumps (2 hours 30 minutes)
- Hiking ascent to exit the canyon gorge (15 to 20 minutes)
- Return of technical gear to the instructor's van and final greetings (10 minutes)
- Sharing of GoPro photos and videos via a cloud link
