After a short walk, you will be immersed in the invigorating coolness of the rainforest. A briefing of the crossing techniques and safety instructions will precede the descent of the Saut du Gendarme canyon, before the tropical adventure in the company of your instructor for 2.5 to 3.5 hours of descent begins! Your exploits will be photographed and filmed, then made available to you at the end of the adventure where a glass of friendship will close your outing in the Saut du Gendarme canyon, just a stone's throw from Fort-de-France.
This canyoning experience proposed by TropiCanyon in the Saut du Gendarme canyon does not exceed half a day, which allows you to have the rest of the day to discover the surroundings of the canyons of Morne-Vert and the Pitons du Carbet. The canyon of Saut du Gendarme is located north of the Massif Pitons du Carbet - it's a succession of abseils, natural pools, river walk, and jumps. The descent includes 7 abseils of a maximum height of 15 meters.

To participate in this activity you will have to be a minimum sporty.
hildren can participate from the age of 10 and must be at least 130 cm.
Depending on the size of groups (from 2 to 12 people), the departure for the afternoon will be at 2 or 3 pm.
