The activity is based on a comprehensive pedagogical approach. Each session begins with dry breathing exercises to master the basics of freediving: relaxation, ventilation, and effort management. After a rigorous briefing on equipment and safety rules, you will board the boat to reach sites selected according to the day's conditions, such as Pointe Dufour or Les Anses d'Arlet. Group sizes are limited to 4 participants per instructor, ensuring constant supervision and individualised advice to learn how to read the environment and approach wildlife discreetly.

The experience stands out for its eco-responsible commitment. You will learn to identify authorised species, such as squirrelfish, snapper, scrawled filefish, or barracuda, and may encounter jacks, king mackerel, or the prestigious hogfish (Capitaine). High-end technical equipment, including 3mm open-cell neoprene full wetsuits and gloves, is provided to ensure optimal comfort during your immersions.

Available all year round, this activity invites you to experience a true inner journey while developing your autonomy at sea. More than just a fishing trip, it is technical training to become a responsible and skilled spear fisher in the idyllic setting of Martinique.
